The UAE's industrial infrastructure — from ADNOC's refining complexes in Abu Dhabi to JAFZA's chemical and manufacturing clusters in Dubai — operates in conditions that are relentless on conventional materials. High ambient temperatures, salt-laden coastal air, and the chemical exposure profiles of oil, gas, and petrochemical processing combine to make corrosion one of the most significant maintenance and capital cost drivers in the region.
AMROCK is a registered FRP manufacturer and exporter to the UAE supplying GRP gratings, FRP cable trays, pultruded FRP profiles, FRP handrail systems, and industrial composite products to clients across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah. For UAE-based EPC contractors, procurement companies, and industrial distributors — here's what working with AMROCK looks like.
25mm to 50mm bar depth, customisable mesh sizes. Isophthalic and vinyl ester resin grades for all UAE environments including sour service H₂S locations.
Corrosion-proof, non-conductive, halogen-free grades available. Ideal for offshore and petrochemical plant cabling infrastructure across ADNOC and TAQA facilities.
Structural angles, channels, I-beams, and tubes for industrial structural applications. Engineered to IS, BS, and ASTM standards with full technical documentation.
Complete GRP handrail packages for platforms, walkways, and stair systems. Lightweight, corrosion-free, and compliant with industrial safety specifications.
Road and plant-rated, lightweight versus conventional cast iron. Anti-theft design, non-conductive, and non-sparking for classified hazardous area use.
Integrated structural solutions for refinery, plant, and marine environments. Includes FRP floor markers and UV-resistant industrial signage for plant safety.
UAE and wider GCC procurement teams are selective about which Indian suppliers they work with — and rightly so. AMROCK has an established export track record to the UAE across FRP gratings, cable trays, and structural profiles. Our export documentation — test certs, MSDS, packing lists, COO — is prepared to standards that ADNOC-affiliated client procurement requirements expect.
UAE oil and gas environments — particularly sour service or high H₂S locations — require FRP products manufactured with vinyl ester resin systems for superior chemical resistance. We manufacture in VE grade as standard for oilfield supply, with full resin specification documentation.
UAE ambient temperatures regularly exceed 45°C and solar UV is extreme. Our FRP grating products include UV stabilisers throughout the resin matrix and surface veil — not just a topcoat. We can provide high-temperature grade composites for specific applications.
This is a question a lot of international buyers think about before they make their first India-origin purchase — and it deserves a straight answer, not a sales pitch.
India's FRP and GRP manufacturing cost structure is fundamentally different from the US, Europe, or Australia. Raw material costs, skilled labour, and overheads are structured in a way that translates into lower landed cost versus equivalent products from Western manufacturers — without any trade-off on material specification, fibre architecture, or resin system. For UAE buyers, this means FRP gratings and cable trays at a significantly lower landed cost than European or US-origin alternatives — with the same technical specification and far stronger origin certification than some low-cost Asian sources.
The assumption that India-origin means low-tech doesn't hold in the FRP sector. India's composites industry has grown significantly over the past two decades, driven largely by demand from domestic oil and gas, chemical, power, and infrastructure sectors — all of which require properly engineered, certified products. AMROCK's engineering team designs to IS, BS, ASTM, standards and produces complete technical documentation with every order.
AMROCK has been exporting FRP gratings, cable trays, pultruded profiles, and GRP structural products to international markets for years. The India-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) — signed in 2022 — provides preferential tariff treatment for Indian-manufactured FRP products exported to the UAE. Our export processes — documentation, testing, customs compliance, third-party inspection — are built for international clients, not adapted from a domestic sales process.
Every shipment from AMROCK carries complete material documentation: resin batch records, fibre specifications, cure confirmation, dimensional inspection reports, and third-party test certificates from NABL-accredited Indian testing laboratories.
We supply sample panels for approval before full orders - and we scale to full container shipments once you're satisfied with the product. There's no minimum order pressure on your first purchase. We'd rather earn a long-term supply relationship than push for a large first order on an unproven basis.
FRP gratings, cable trays, and walkways for refining and processing
vinyl ester grade FRP for aggressive chemical environments
FRP structural products for desalination plant infrastructure
FRP profiles and walkways for UAE infrastructure projects
Wholesale FRP supply through UAE-based trading and distribution companies
A lot of international buyers have had a frustrating experience sourcing industrial products from India at some point — the wrong specification, poor documentation, or a communication breakdown mid-production. We've built our export process specifically to prevent those problems. Here's how it works when you buy from us:
You send us your specification, drawings, or datasheet requirements. Our engineering team reviews within 24–48 hours and comes back with a confirmation of feasibility, resin system recommendation, and any clarifications needed. We don't quote blind — we make sure we've understood the requirement first.
We provide a detailed FOB or CIF quotation with product specification, test certification scope, and lead time. For new clients, we dispatch physical samples — sample panels for grating products, profile sections for structural products — before you commit to a production order. Samples are invoiced and credited against the first order.
Once the order is confirmed, production proceeds with defined hold points — incoming material inspection, in-process dimensional check, and final product testing. You receive QC reports at each stage. If you want a third-party inspector at our facility during production, we coordinate access through SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or your preferred agency.
Before the goods ship, we issue the complete documentation package: test certificates from NABL-accredited laboratories, material traceability records, packing list, commercial invoice, COO, and any project-specific compliance documents
