Saudi Arabia's industrial landscape is transforming at a pace few anticipated even five years ago. Vision 2030 is driving massive capital investment in industrial cities, refinery expansion, petrochemical complexes, and infrastructure development - and that scale of construction demands materials that perform reliably in the Kingdom's harsh operating environment. For walkways, platforms, cable management, and structural access systems, FRP and GRP composite products have become the preferred choice across ARAMCO, SABIC, and major EPC contractor specifications.
AMROCK manufactures and exports FRP gratings, GRP cable trays, pultruded FRP profiles, FRP handrail systems and industrial composite products to Saudi Arabia - supplying clients in Jubail, Yanbu, Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah.
Standard and heavy-duty grades for ARAMCO and SABIC plant walkways; vinyl ester resin for sour service environments
I-bar and T-bar for heavy-duty stair treads and structural flooring
Non-conductive, halogen-free FR grades for oil, gas, and petrochemical cable management
Angles, channels, beams, tubes for non-metallic structural applications
GRP handrail solutions for plant platforms; non-corrosive, non-sparking
Non-metallic, non-sparking covers for hazardous area applications
Integrated access structure solutions for industrial facilities
India is an established source for FRP and composite products within Saudi Arabia's EPC ecosystem. Indian-manufactured FRP products are regularly approved by major contractors including Tecnicas Reunidas, Wood, Worley, and Samsung Engineering for ARAMCO and SABIC projects. AMROCK has the technical documentation, material certifications, and quality systems to support third-party vendor qualification processes.
Saudi Arabia's oil and gas environments frequently involve H₂S exposure and elevated process temperatures. We manufacture FRP gratings and profiles in vinyl ester resin with enhanced chemical resistance for sour service environments.
This is a question a lot of international buyers think about before they make their first India-origin purchase — and it deserves a straight answer, not a sales pitch.
India's FRP and GRP manufacturing cost structure is fundamentally different from the US, Europe, or Australia. Raw material costs, skilled labour, and overheads are structured in a way that translates into lower landed cost versus equivalent products from Western manufacturers — without any trade-off on material specification, fibre architecture, or resin system. For Vision 2030 giga projects and ARAMCO capital programmes, the difference between Indian-origin and European-origin FRP products on large-volume walkway and cable tray packages can represent multi-million Riyal material cost savings.
The assumption that India-origin means low-tech doesn't hold in the FRP sector. India's composites industry has grown significantly over the past two decades, driven largely by demand from domestic oil and gas, chemical, power, and infrastructure sectors — all of which require properly engineered, certified products. AMROCK's engineering team designs to IS, BS, ASTM ,standards and produces complete technical documentation with every order.
AMROCK has been exporting FRP gratings, cable trays, pultruded profiles, and GRP structural products to international markets for years. Saudi Arabia's EPC and procurement ecosystem has a long-standing relationship with Indian manufacturing. Major Saudi clients and EPC contractors regularly source from India across steel, composite, electrical, and instrumentation categories. AMROCK is positioned within that ecosystem — with export track record, technical documentation, and the vendor qualification experience that Saudi procurement processes require. Our export processes — documentation, testing, customs compliance, third-party inspection - are built for international clients, not adapted from a domestic sales process.
Every shipment from AMROCK carries complete material documentation: resin batch records, fibre specifications, cure confirmation, dimensional inspection reports, and third-party test certificates from NABL-accredited Indian testing laboratories
We supply sample panels for approval before full orders - and we scale to full container shipments once you're satisfied with the product. There's no minimum order pressure on your first purchase. We'd rather earn a long-term supply relationship than push for a large first order on an unproven basis.
FRP gratings, walkways, cable trays for refinery and upstream facilities
Vinyl ester FRP for chemical and petrochemical plants
GRP structural products for water infrastructure
NEOM, Red Sea Project, Qiddiya — FRP profiles and walkways for new build infrastructure
FRP supply through Saudi-based distributors and direct EPC supply
A lot of international buyers have had a frustrating experience sourcing industrial products from India at some point — the wrong specification, poor documentation, or a communication breakdown mid-production. We've built our export process specifically to prevent those problems. Here's how it works when you buy from us:
You send us your specification, drawings, or datasheet requirements. Our engineering team reviews within 24–48 hours and comes back with a confirmation of feasibility, resin system recommendation, and any clarifications needed. We don't quote blind — we make sure we've understood the requirement first.
We provide a detailed FOB or CIF quotation with product specification, test certification scope, and lead time. For new clients, we dispatch physical samples — sample panels for grating products, profile sections for structural products — before you commit to a production order. Samples are invoiced and credited against the first order.
Once the order is confirmed, production proceeds with defined hold points — incoming material inspection, in-process dimensional check, and final product testing. You receive QC reports at each stage. If you want a third-party inspector at our facility during production, we coordinate access through SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or your preferred agency.
Before the goods ship, we issue the complete documentation package: test certificates from NABL-accredited laboratories, material traceability records, packing list, commercial invoice, COO, and any project-specific compliance documents.
