We provide a detailed FOB or CIF quotation with product specification, test certification scope, and lead time. For new clients, we dispatch physical samples, sample panels for grating products, profile sections for structural products, before you commit to a production order. Samples are invoiced and credited against the first order.
Once the order is confirmed, production proceeds with defined hold points, incoming material inspection, in process dimensional check, and final product testing. You receive QC reports at each stage. If you want a third party inspector at our facility during production, we coordinate access through SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or your preferred agency.
